Postal Charges

Our postage & packing calculator at the "View Basket" screen enables you to see your postal charges BEFORE you start the checkout process
 
You will have the option to choose which postal method you prefer as you proceed through checkout.  You will be able to see how much our postage charges are before you commit to a purchase. Our postal charges include a contribution towards the processing of your order.
 
For our UK customers we offer delivery via Royal Mail or Collect+ to your home address.

Collect+ also offers delivery to over
5000 local stores
(link opens in new window). Collect+ . Delivery generally takes 3-5 days and your parcel can be tracked via the Collect+ website. If you choose to have your items delivered to your local store simply provide your chosen shop's name & address in the "delivery address" area as you proceed through checkout.
 
Should your order contain a large number of tea towels your purchase may be sent in 2 or more parcels.
 
Please contact us for details of your postal shipping details if you wish to order more than 20 tea towels.
 
1st Class UK P&P, 2nd Class UK P&P
Orders over £30 in value are usually sent via a signed for service to ensure that your tea towels are insured against loss/damage while in the postal system.
 
Europe - Air Mail - International Tracked and/or Signed For P&P
International Signed For delivery provides tracking until the package leaves UK, and a signature on delivery (dependent upon destination as delivery standards vary from country to country). Should your order contain a large number of tea towels your purchase will be sent in 2 or more parcels.
 
Rest of the World (Excluding Europe) - Air Mail - International Tracked and/or Signed For
International Signed For delivery provides tracking until the package leaves UK, and a signature on delivery (dependent upon destination as delivery standards vary from country to country). It is also possible to track your parcel in many countries around the world using the Royal Mail tracking number - however you would need to check with your own postal authorities. This service provides cover against loss or damage to the parcel whilst it is in the postal system.
